The process of performance appraisal
                                       system




             The  process  of  the  performance  appraisal  is
         divided into two parts. The first start, the manager
         will  fill  out  the  performance  appraisal  document
         then, in the second part, the manager will conduct
         a performance appraisal interview and discussion.



         Figure  12.0  shows  that  performance  appraisal
         starts  from  identifying  the  performance  appraisal

         objective  and  ends  with  a  review  of  the
         subordinate performance.
