Appraisee and appriser sit for a performance
appraisal interview to talk about how things went
and how the employee was graded. It is also a
chance to talk about future goals, appreciate
achievements, and figure out how to improve the
weaknesses.

procedure
This system is a method for comparing
performance ratings. The manager will have
a list of all employees and begin by selecting
the most valuable employee and placing
them at the top of the list. Then, the
manager will choose the least valuable
employee and place them at the bottom of
the list. Obviously, there is a chance for bias
with this method, and it may not work well
in a larger organization
