                Performance        appraisals     are    commonly
         associated      with     a   manager        evaluating      a
         subordinate. Now, most of the organization allows

         co-workers,  sub-coordinate,  and  other  parties
         (supplier  or  stakeholder)  to  give  feedback  to
         managers  through  a  procedure  known  as  360

         feedbacks.
