Prejudice and stereotyping

         This  prejudice  works  for  those  who  manager
         dislikes  will  be  condemned.  For  a  variety  of
         reasons,  this  is  one  of  the  most  harmful  types  of

         review prejudice.


         Example: Appraisers hold the negative opinion to
         appraise and affect the reliable appraisal review.




















       Fatigue


       It  is  what  happens  when  an  appraiser  becomes

       tired  of  rating  appraisals  and  rushes  through  the
       process of rating elements on a form. Fatigue can
       impact a person's appraisal score by presenting an
       unbalanced and probably false reflection of actual

       performance.


       Example:  Appraisers  rate  based  on  blur  or  tired
       during appraisal time
