Review the subordinate performance


         Formal documentation should be used to wrap up
         the  process.  After  the  conversation  about  the
         appraisal,  make  sure  the  organization  has  proper
         documentation  that  the  manager  can  refer  to  at

         any  time  to  make  decisions  about  awards  and
         correction  actions  or  sending  employees  to  the
         training session.
