The working environment can be divided into two
          components,  namely  physical  and  behavioral
          components.          The      physical      environment
          comprises components that relate to surrounding

          workers  to  connect  with  their  surroundings
          physically. For example, office layout, surrounding
          ambiance, or equipment used for doing a job. The

          behavioral environment consists of elements that
          relate  to  how  successfully  workers  engage  with
          each  other  and  the  influence  of  the  working
          environment. For example, good relationship with
          co-workers, manager or sub-coordinate.



















         A  high  achiever  employee  will  have  to  increase

         their  knowledge,  develop  their  ability,  improve
         their    awareness,        grows      their     motivation
         strengthens  their  needs,    expand  their  values.  A
         person like this is open to new ideas and will ready

         as good an employee performance
