Motivation

Motivation is a key indicator of job performance,

and a low-motivated workforce is costly in terms of
high employee turnover, increased expenses, low
         morale, and more managerial time.
         Better understanding, acceptance, and

commitment to accomplishment work will result
from a motivated workforce. There are 6 most
important elements of increasing the employee
motivation such as rewards increased in pay, profit

         sharing, promotion, recognition, and job
         enrichment.

         Work environment

The work environment significantly affects an
         employee's mood, motivation, and overall
performance in your organization. The concept is
simple: if an organization provides a positive work

environment for its employees, it will be more
         productive.
