Motivation
Motivation is a key indicator of job performance,
and a low-motivated workforce is costly in terms of
high employee turnover, increased expenses, low
morale, and more managerial time.
Better understanding, acceptance, and
commitment to accomplishment work will result
from a motivated workforce. There are 6 most
important elements of increasing the employee
motivation such as rewards increased in pay, profit
sharing, promotion, recognition, and job
enrichment.
Work environment
The work environment significantly affects an
employee's mood, motivation, and overall
performance in your organization. The concept is
simple: if an organization provides a positive work
environment for its employees, it will be more
productive.
