Implement the training program


         The implementation phase aims to implement the

         training plan that you designed and developed in
         earlier  stages  of  the  systematic  approach  to
         training.    If   the     planning,     designing,      and
         development          phases        went       well,      the

         implementation  phase  should  go  without  a
         problem.  Figure  9.0  shows  the  checklist  for
         planning a training program.
