Standards to be achieved

Standards to be achieved are what the trainer

wants the trainee to be able to do, explain, or
demonstrate at the end of the training period.
         Good learning objectives are performance-based

and clear, and the learning objective's result
should be seen or measured in some way. The
statement should has an action verb that the
         trainee needs to display.

         For example:
           1. Be able to explain the company policy on
sexual harassment and give examples of sexual

             harassment
           2. Be able to show the proper way to take a
             customer’s order
           3. Be able tp demonstrate ethics when handling
             customer complaints.

               Conditions of performance

A learning objective should describes the

condition under which the trainee will perform the
behaviour. The condition under task typically
         addresses time, place, or equipment.

         Example:
         - able to fold napkin within 2 minutes
         - able to use a PMS software
