Training Process


             To  have  an  effective  training  programme,  the
         training  process  consists  of  a  series  of  steps.

         Training  is  a  systematic  process  that  involves
         changing  an  employee's  attitudes,  skills  and
         knowledge for them to do a specific job.



             The  ADDIE  model  is  a  generic  method  that
         instructional  designers  and  training  developers
         have  historically  employed.  Analyze,  Design,
         Develop,  Implement,  and  Evaluate  are  the  5

          phases.

                     What are their patterns of learning?

                     What is the deadline to produce desired
                     results?


                     DESIGN
                     The content outline,
                     Tools  to  use  such  as  assessments  or
                     quizzes
