Why a training program needed


             Training  is  essential  to  increase  the  knowledge
         base of all employees, but many organizations find
         development  opportunities  to  be  extremely

         expensive  in  the  current  marketplace.  Despite
         these  limitations,  training  and  development  offer
         benefits to both individuals and organizations as a
         whole,  making  the  expense  and  time  invested

         worthwhile.









               Improved employee performance


         Employees  who  receive  the  appropriate  training
         are best prepared to do their duties. The training
         will improve the employee's (A, S, K) of their role's

         responsibilities  and,  as  a  result,  their  confidence.
         This  self-assurance  will  strengthen  their  overall
         performance,  which  can  only  be  beneficial  to  the

         organization. Competent employees who keep up
         with  changing  quality  standards  will  help  the
         organization  maintain  its  position  as  an  industry
         leader and strong competitor.
