Improved       employee        satisfaction     and
              motivation


         A  company's  investment  in  employee  training
         shows that the employees are valued. The training
         helps  to  establish  a  supportive  environment.

         Employees  may  be  able  to  obtain  training  that
         they would not have known about or seeking out
         on their own. Employees who are appreciated and
         challenged  through  training  opportunities  may

         have a higher level of job satisfaction.





                Addressing weaknesses

         Many  staff  will  have  certain  weaknesses  while
         performing  their  job.  A  training  programme
         enables  you  to  increase  the  (A,  S,  K)  that  each
         employee need. A training programme raises the
         level of employees by ensuring that they all have

         the same skills and expertise.


         Training  helps  eliminate  any  weak  spots  in  the

         organization that relies on others to perform basic
         work  activities.  By  providing  the  appropriate
         training,  employees  will  be  able  to  take  over  for
         one another as needed, operate in teams, or work
         independently  without  the  need  for  constant

         assistance and close supervision.
