Set training objective

Once the training needs are identified, the
objectives for which the training is to be
conducted must establish. The goals could be
based on the gaps identified in the previous

training program and the skill sets created by
personnel. A clear goal must be established for
each program delivered. These goals must be
         measurable because measurable objectives are

important in evaluation. The objective also acts as
a guideline to the trainee to what is expected.

In an ideal training program, the objective must

consist of all THREE (3) parts below:

               Terminal Behavior

Terminal behaviour is the minimum requirement
that trainees must be achieved by the end of the
program. It should describes what the trainee will be
able to do as a result of the training program.

         Example:
At the end of this training program, at least the

         trainee will able to ..........
