organize an effective training program, it will take
a lot of time and thought to design and plan for
the program. Several factors need to be
considered, such as venue, duration, facilitator,
training method, number of participants, and
budget.
Venue
The location at which a training
program takes place. Choosing the
right location and paying close
attention to factors such as the
learning environment, facilities
provided, and technology
equipment use will help to ensure
that trainees have a positive
learning experience.
Duration
The duration of training is a
quantitative components that
refers to how long a training
session should last.
It is not easy to find a balance
between content and total
time. The short course will be
ineffective, but too loaded
courses will burden the trainee
