Behavior
Was the learning being applied by the trainees?
This level analyzes how the trainees' conduct at
work changed after finishing the program.
Assessing the change allows a trainee to see if the
knowledge, mindset, or abilities. What have the
trainees learned in the programme will be applied
in the workplace later. For the majority of
individuals, this level provides the most accurate
assessment of a program's effectiveness.
However, testing at this level is complex since it is
nearly impossible to predict when a person will
begin to use what they have learned from the
program effectively, making it more challenging to
identify when, how frequently, and how to
evaluate a participant after the assessment.
This level starts 3–6 months after training.
