Conduct job analysis


            When  a  position  in  an  organization  becomes
        available,     it   is    important       that    the     job

        responsibilities  (job  description)  and  skills  or
        qualifications  required  (job  specification)  for  the
        position  to  be  identified.  This  is  known  as  job
        analysis.



          A job analysis is crucial because it can determines
        whether a vacancy needs to be filled or if tasks and
        responsibilities  can  be  reallocated  to  other

        employees. It is used to help managers to write the
        job description and job specification.
