                               the job description.
                               This  will  make  it  easy  to  narrow

                               down  applicants  to  those  whose
                               abilities most closely match those
                               required for the job.

                               description  are  compared  to  the
                               application  forms  or  CVs.  This
                               information  is  used  to  create  a

                               shortlist  of  the  most  qualified
                               candidates. These individuals will
                               be contacted for an interview.
