An interview allows the organization to present a
series of questions to potential candidates. This
process will ensures that each candidate may be
evaluated, and the organization can judge the
candidates' appearance and qualifications.
Several types of interviews:
Aptitude Tests
The test attempts to discover a person potential
abilities and talent. These tests are useful when
choosing apprentices, skilled mechanical workers,
technicians, and other professionals.
Intelligence Tests
These tests measures a candidate's IQ. These tests
assess capacity for thinking, word fluency, verbal
ability, numeracy, memory, and situational
reasoning. In most positions, intelligence is a
useful tool.
