As  addressed  in  "Strategic  Planning"  before
         (Figure  1.0).  The  six  parts  of  strategic  planning

         described  in  (Figure  4.0)  Human  resource
         planning  (HRP)  are  all  about  the  forecasting
         process,  which  is  the  continuous  process  of

         systematic  planning  ahead  to  ensure  that  an
         organization's      most     important      asset—quality
         employees—is  used  to  its  maximum  potential.
            Human       resource      planning      ensures      that
         employees  and  jobs  are  a  great  match  while

         avoiding workforce shortages or surpluses.
