For Creating a diverse organization,  HRM needs to
         follow these:

           1. During  the  hiring  process,  make  diversity  a

             priority.  Avoid  stereotyping  and  prejudice  to  a
             certain group
           2. Create policies that are both clear and inclusive

             by    celebrating      difference      and    diversity,
             welcoming feedback from employees
           3. Employees  should  be  given  diversity  training.
             getting together and minimize the gap
          4. Look  for  techniques  to  help  with  successful

             communication.
           5. Encourage staff to interact positively.


         Why is diversity necessary for the workplace? Here

         are a few main reasons:


             We can boost productivity by serving better to
             customers if we provide a wider range of
             services, such as knowing multiple languages

             and understanding other cultures.


             We can promote communication more

             effectively with one another by saving time and
             money.


             Diversity is an excellent approach to provide
             fresh new perspectives and come up with

             better ideas and solutions if we have a diverse
             approach.
