             If  the  organization  had  a  union,  the  company
         would be wiser to employ industrial relations and
         HRM  experts  with  extensive  knowledge  of  labour

         law.  Therefore,  no  employee  or  employer  will  be
         oppressed.

             Multinational  and  joint  ventures  with  foreign
         Multinational  companies  and  joint  ventures  with
         foreign  partners  require  more  specialized  HRM

         than private companies
