3. Give reward as motivation
             Employees  are  motivated  by  strategic  policies
             that    include      rewards      and      recognition.
             Employee  morale  impacts  turnover,  customer

             service,  and,  ultimately,  the  hotel's  success.
             Employee  engagement,  providing  the  correct
             chances         and        acknowledging           their
             accomplishments  all  contribute  to  increase

             employee  retention  and  recruit  exceptional
             personnel.

         4.Provide a good communication channel.

             For     empowering          teamwork,        a     good
             understanding  of  the  individuals  at  work  and
             their  character  is  needed.  HR  management  is
             tasked with developing rules and methods that

             promote       healthy       management-employee
             relationships using a comprehensive approach.
             It  can  help  the  hotel  to  maintain  a  good
             relationship        between          workers        and

             management.


             Human  resource  management  is  an  essential
         element  in  the  hospitality  sector.  To  achieve  the

         set targets, the hotel needs strategic planning and
         policies  that  can  unify  the  efforts  of  the  diverse
         departments of an organization towards achieving
         the common goal.
