The size



            The larger organization's size, the more probable
          it  is  that  a  separate  HR  department  will  be

          required.
          For  example,  large  organizations  rarely  have
          sophisticated  HRM  practices  rather  than  small
          organizations HR tasks usually merged. Compare
          between  a  small  organization  and  a  large

          organization (Figure 3.0)
