Customer satisfaction is influenced by the hotel's
         food and beverage quality, accommodations, and

         other  amenities  by  the  staff's  support,  courtesy,
         and  personal  attributes.  As  a  result,  it  is  the
         interaction  of  both  skills  and  attitudes  of  the
         workers  that  help  meet  customers'  demands

         satisfactorily.


         1.Allocate the right person in the right place
             HRM  department's  role  in  ensuring  that  the

             proper people are assigned to the right duties
             where they shine and focus on developing the
             abilities     to     existing     employees.        The
             development of proactive employees who can

             make  the  proper  decisions  and  meet  the
             customer's  expectations  on  time  is  also
             prioritized.



         2.Identify a person in future
             Training  and  development  programs  are  a
             component  of  human  resource  management
             that aid in the growth of employees' skills and

             talents. These programs provide opportunities
             for  innovative  and  intelligent  people  to
             advance  in  their  careers.  Furthermore,  the
             presence of HRM allows employees to receive

             the necessary direction and incentive to tackle
             day-to-day operations and challenges.
