Internal and external influences on
human resource activities
There are two types of environmental elements in
human resource management. They are external
and internal influences. The external factors are
those that exist outside of an organization means
largely no direct control over the organization;
besides, the internal factors are all those factors
that lie within the organization or are broadly
controlled by the organization; both influences can
affect human resource management activity.
However, they may be things that could positively
or negatively impact human resources.
