HR  departments  also  handle  human  capital
         development.  HR  is  in  charge  of  identifying  an
         organization's       training      requirements         and
         executing  and  monitoring  staff  development

         programs  to  achieve  organization  objectives.
         Appropriate  training  also  improves  employee
         motivation. Employees who believe their skills are

         being  enhanced  are  more  satisfied  in  their  jobs,
         which leads to fewer turnover rates.


             Safety  is  a  top  priority  in  every  organization.
         Existing  legislation  is  typically  enacted  to  create
         federal or state standards to ensure the safety of

         workers. Unions and work rules can also have an
         impact on worker safety in the workplace.
