What is HRM?

‘A group of people who work together to achieve
                       common goals.’ Victor (1993)

              The systematic Human Resource Management
(HRM) practice is important for providing a positive

image of employment in an organization and
ensuring the effective and efficient use of human
capital to achieve the organization's objectives.

HRM is a set of activities that includes staffing, job

          design, recruitment, selection, training, motivation,
          benefits & rewards, promotion, performance
          appraisal, employee relations, and termination.

This series ensures that the employees are used as
efficiently and effectively as possible and
contribute to the achievement of the
          organization's objectives.
