The systematic Human Resource Management
(HRM) practice is important for providing a positive
image of employment in an organization and
ensuring the effective and efficient use of human
capital to achieve the organization's objectives.
HRM is a set of activities that includes staffing, job
design, recruitment, selection, training, motivation,
benefits & rewards, promotion, performance
appraisal, employee relations, and termination.
This series ensures that the employees are used as
efficiently and effectively as possible and
contribute to the achievement of the
organization's objectives.
