Having an idea and turning it into an ebook is as hard as
it sounds. The experience is both internally challenging
and rewarding. I especially want to thank the individuals

Alhamdulilah, Special thank to the Head of Tourism &
hospitality Department, Cik Hajah Humairah Hamzah. Not
forgetting, I would like to express my special gratitude to
my Programme Head Puan Ruhaizah Duki, who gave me
the golden opportunity to do this wonderful ebook on the
topic of 'Human Resource Management in the Hospitality
Industry', which also all to my friends who helped me in
supporting or giving guidance. I discovered so many new
things. I am really thankful to them. Lastly, lovely thank
my family, who understands me a lot, giving me ample
time to complete this within the limited time frame.
