                                Banquet  services  are  divided
                                into two types


                                  1. Buffet


                                    Guests      serve     themselves
                                    from  a  food  display  table.
                                    They  stand  or  sit  at  tables
                                         2.
                                    pre-set        with      cutlery,
                                    glassware, and linen.
                                    The  main  feature  of  buffet
                                    service  is  the  buffet  table,
                                    which  is  decorated  with
                                    fruit        displays,         ice

                                    sculptures,        or      butter
                                    sculptures  based  on  the
                                    price and the location.


                                  2. Sit-down
                                    Guests      are     served      by
                                    waiters      done     in   formal
                                    occasions.
                                    Sit-down  buffet  is  when
                                    tables  are  laid  out  formally
                                    with  crockery,  cutlery,  and
                                    linen.
                                    Banquet  service  personnel
                                    serve  the  guests  at  the
                                    table either with pre-plated
                                    food  or  brought  in  and
                                    served to the guest.
