                                    professional       and      state
                                    occasions.



                                    Banquets       require      large
                                    halls    with     kitchens      to
                                    provide      food     in    large
                                    quantity  and  a  banquet
                                    brigade  who  are  skilled  in
                                    the  art  of  handling  large
                                    bodies of people.
