                                                 1.Grant visa free

                                                 • Expand the date of visa –free period for tourists
                                                 from China

                                                 • Simplify the online visa application





                                                 2. Increase direct flights between China and
                                                 Malaysia: especially from second and third-
                                                 tier source cities

                                                 •  Increasing  offerings  of  flight  seats  to
                                                 Malaysia with flight frequency.

                                                 •  Enhancing  connectivity  by  working  with
                                                 airlines  to  open  up  more  travel  routes.  Such  as

                                                 Singapore  Airlines,  Thailand  Airlines,  and  Turkish
                                                 Airlines  to  increase  tourist  arrivals  from  the
                                                 affected regions.




                                                  3. More aggressive on promotion strategies

                                                  •  Focus  on  digital  marketing  in  Chinese  market  by
                                                  leveraging  on  Social  media  (wechat,  weibo)  and

                                                  Mobile application.
                                                  •  Launch  market  campaigns  during  Chinese
                                                  national holidays and Chinese spring festival.
                                                  •  Form  strategic  Partnerships  with  Alipay,  an      e-

                                                  commerce platform owned by the Alibaba Group,
                                                  to strengthen promotion in China.
