        4              DIVERSITY IN CULTURE

                       The  hospitality  industry  always  has
                       interaction  between  customers  and

                       staff  they  are  experiencing  diversity
                       in  culture  through  interacting  with
                       others.  Diversity  may  come  from
                       different  religions,  cultures,  ages,
                       backgrounds  and  gender.  Due  to  this
                       diversity       some        conflict      and
                       misunderstanding  can  easily  occur.
                       This  diversity  can  also  create  a
                       positive  perspective  to  understand
                       each other.



                       LABOUR INTENSIVE


                       Since  the  hospitality  industry  is
                       service  oriented  in  nature,  it  requires
         5 a  huge  supply  of  labour  to  create  a
                       memorable experience for customers.
                       Due  to  technological  advancement,

                       services  have  been  made  easier  and
                       automated.  Would  normally  feel  more
                       comfortable  if  there  are  human
                       interaction  and  personalized  services
                       during their consumption experiences.


                       But  after  the  pandemic,  the  rise  of
                       robots      reshape       the     hospitality
                       industry.
