                     Products  are  delivered  with  top-notch
                     service     which      includes      a    smile,
                     handshake,  timely  service,  attentive
                     listening.  The  bill  covers  both  the
                     tangible and intangible experience.

                     For example: Tangible features are like,
                     a  steak  as  the  main  course,  a  glass  of

                     house  wine,  well  groomed  service  staff
                     and  decoration  of  the  restaurant.
                     Intangible      features      are      like,    a
                     comfortable  dining  atmosphere  or  the
