This e – book is an effort to diversify the types of references to the students of the diploma in Tourism and Hospitality
Department for the subject of DTM10203: Customer Service for Tourism and Hospitality. It will make it easier for
students to access referrals online regardless of time and place. This e – book is written by the lecturers from
Tourism and Hospitality Department, Politeknik Ibrahim Sultan. This e – book is the first edition that covering only
Chapter 1: Professionalism. Hopefully the content and interface of this e – book will improve significantly for incoming
edition. It will have a second edition that will cover subsequent chapters as required in the polytechnic syllabus.
