                        CASUAL DINING
           02 RESTAURANT

                        A restaurant that serves moderately-

                        priced food in a casual atmosphere is
                        called  a  casual  dining  restaurant.
                        Such  restaurants  usually  provide
                        table  service  and  comprise  a  market
                        segment        between         fast     food
                        establishments        and     fine     dining
                        restaurants.


                        The  characteristics  of  fine  dining
                        restaurants:


                        1.Menu
                            Serve  ‘A  La  Carte  menu,  buffet
                            and healthy food;

                            Some  provide  set  menus  on
                            certain     occasions,      e.g.   lunch
                            menu and tea-set menu;
                            Drink  list  is  either  combined  with
                            or  separated  from  the  main  menu
                            with fewer choices on wine.
                            Dishes are moderately-priced;
                            Generally  provide  more  choices
                            of  dishes  than  fine  dining  and
                            fast food restaurants;
                            Food  can  be  pre-cooked  or
                            cooked-to-order.
