Bacteria need 6 conditions to multiply

1. Food

Bacteria needed foods 2. Acidity (pH)

that are high in proteins

and carbohydrate like Bacteria prefer a

meats, poultry, seafood, neutral

dairy products and environment (pH of

cooked rice, beans and 7.0) but are capable

potatoes of growing in foods

that have pH in the

range of 4.6 to 7.0.
