b. Synthetic
The most important primary sources of synthetic polymers are crude oil, natural gas
and coal. This material can easily be obtained and their production are consistence.

                                                                          Crude Oil

1.3 Definition of Monomer, Polymer, Homopolymer and Copolymer
                       a. Monomer
A Monomer is a basic unit of molecule that forms a polymer. Difference polymer has
difference monomer. Monomer is a type of molecule that may chemically bind to
other types of molecules to build a polymer.
