PREFACE
This book is written for the materials mechanical engineering
students to empower their knowledge and to aid lecturers and
students to master the polymer technology subject. The content in
this book is according to the Malaysian polytechnic curriculum.
The contents of this book include an introduction to polymer
materials, structure of polymer materials, mechanical, electrical,
thermal and even chemical properties of polymer materials. At the
end of each chapter are included practice questions so that students
can understand what they have learned.
It is hoped that with the publication of this book will be able to further
improve student achievement on this polymer technology subject.
