2.2 Reservoir/Tank
Hydraulic reservoir/tank is an essential part of a hydraulic system. There are several
functions of reservoir which are to contain or store a system’s hydraulic fluid, as heat
dissipation or cooling the hydraulic fluid, settle down and removal of contaminants
from hydraulic fluid, removes air from the hydraulic fluid and as a container for any
leaks in the hydraulic system.
