Sampling
Sampling is a process of taking the analog voice
signal sampler at regular time intervals, Ts.
Sampling frequency, fs is the number of average
samples per second also known as Sampling Rate.
According to the Nyquist Theorem, sampling rate
should be at least 2 times the upper cutoff
frequency;
Sampling frequency; fs >= 2 * fmax
