PARABOLI C ANTENNA

A parabolic antenna is a type of antenna

that uses a parabolic reflector to focus

and direct electromagnetic waves. It has a

curved, dish-like shape with a parabolic

reflector as the main component.

The parabolic shape of the reflector helps

to collect and concentrate the

electromagnetic waves onto the feed

element positioned at the focal point,

resulting in high gain and directivity. By

adjusting the dimensions and feed

position, the beamwidth and bandwidth of

the parabolic antenna can be optimized for

specific requirements.
