Suhaimi Sudin

Suhaimi Sudin, a Quality Control personnel who has experience in various disciplines and

positions which enabled him to work with any kind of assigned task. This positive thinker is a
Mechatronic Engineering graduate from Mechanical Engineering Department, Politeknik Johor

Bahru (1999-2003). He worked as Quality Control Inspector (structural) from 2004 to 2012 and

promoted to be Structural Engineer in 2013 when he joined Malaysia Marine and Heavy
Engineering Holdings Berhad (MMHE) in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Presently, he is the Lead Quality Control Engineer to manage the Malikai TLP Platform project
associating the clients from Sabah Shell Petroleum Company and Sarawak Shell Berhad. Despite

of his busy schedule, he is currently pursuing his Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) in

Universiti Teknologi Malaysia with distinction.

Nevertheless, he was awarded the Best Quality Control Inspector in KIKEH DTU TRUSS Spar Hull

project with Tecnip Marine (M) Sdn. Bhd. Suhaimi’s advice to graduates who are interested in his
field is disciplinary. His career path was largely driven by a need to conquer a new challenge,

therefore, disciplinary helps to understand clearly what self-improvement is needed and the

determination to stay with it until the goal is accomplished.
