Issue:
1. Not all civilian are capable to subscribe the telephone
service. It is an expensive service due to end-to-end
connection.
2. The existing subscriber demand for more connection,
require more telephone set and require special space.
Solution:
The telephone exchange was introduced to enable the
switching.
The switching is executed manually by the operator.
The operator will connect the wire between the caller
and the receiver.
By switching, the telephone service become a mass
product.
It enables the customer to have more connection.
