LEARNING OUTCOMES

By the end of the game, participants should be able to

identify synonym and their partner.

Notes: It is a language-based game whereby the students need to use and share

their prior knowledge on synonym to complete this game. Synonym is important for

students to learn in order to be better in their own writing in a creative way.

Furthermore, knowing that words have similar meanings can help students convey

their thoughts more clearly.

GOAL OF THE GAME

In pairs, students cooperate with each other in order

to finish this game by matching all the synonyms

correctly. There are 25 synonyms in Set A and another

25 synonyms in Set B. Students are to match the

synonym from Set A and Set B. At the end of the

game, they should get 15 pairs of synonyms.
