DODGE TOOL
The Dodge tool allows you to lighten specific areas of
your image without affecting hue or saturation.
Select the Dodge tool.
Use the Options bar to customize tool settings, like brush
size, range and exposure to get the effect you want.
Drag over the part of the image you want to lighten.
