Summary

In a discussion, you are advised to initiate the

conversation by first stating the topic or issue.

State your point of view and ask others' opinions about it.

Maintain the discussion by agreeing, disagreeing, asking

and making clarifications, and interrupting when you can.

Express your opinions by outweighing any possible pros

and cons as you incorporate evidence.

Keep in mind that another person's views are as valid as

yours, especially if he/she cites concrete examples.

Conclude the discussion by summarising the points

discussed and state the final decision (what could be the

                      best suggestion/view/solution?)
